Free trial class for new students during the first week of session

Yoga Classes
Cost if registered for 1 class per week:

Pre-Registration: $75.00
Pre-registration payment deadline is 2pm on the last Saturday before the new session starts.

Regular Registration: $88.00


More than one class per week or multiple sessions

Meditation
Per Session (6 weeks): $35
Drop-ins (1 class): $10

Yoga for Kids
3-8 Year Olds, (6 weeks): $40

Drop-in classes
Students who are registered for any YIDL class may drop in to additional classes for a fee of $12 per class, if space is available, on a first-come/first-served basis.

Students who are not registered in any YIDL class, including out-of-town visitors, are welcome to take a class for a fee of $16 per class, if space is available, on a first-come/first-served basis.


Yoga Intermediate Prerequisite
Participation in Yoga-Intermediate requires previous attendance in at least one full session with Yoga In Daily Life (6 weeks).

  Class Descriptions
Level 1
Improve your health and well-being in our general yoga class, where you will learn yoga postures, breath techniques and deep relaxation to relax the body and calm the mind. Regular practice of yoga brings balance to the body, mind and soul. Newcomers to Yoga in Daily Life are highly encouraged to attend at least two six-week sessions at Level I before moving on to a higher level. Students are welcome to take Level I for as long as they like.


Levels 2 & 3
Deepen your awareness of the postures, deep relaxation, pranayam and meditation. Prereqisite: One session of Level I is required (two or more sessions are recommended) and permission of Level I instructor.


Levels 4 & higher
Even more advanced postures, deep relaxation, Pranayam and meditation. Prereqisite: At least two sessions of Levels 2 & 3 are required (four or more sessions are recommended) and permission of Levels 2 & 3 instructor.

Meditation - General

Strengthen your inner calm through the ancient art of meditation. This class has gentle postures and meditation, and is open to all for $35 per session or $10 drop-in.

Meditation - Intermediate
Explore the spiritual side of yoga and further your meditation practice in this more intensive class for those with some experience in meditation. Please speak with the instructor before joining this class.

Lunchtime Yoga

Take a deep breath in the middle of your week with Yoga in Daily Life's Lunchtime Yoga. This convenient 35-minute class includes relaxation and a variety of gentle postures to help you through the day. Drop in to this class for $8, no preregistration required. Just drop in and let go!

Wake-up Yoga Mondays

Start your day off right with Wake-up Yoga! This hour-long class of invigorating yoga postures will give you an abundance of energy and peace of mind for the whole day. Just $50 for a 6 week session.

The System Class

This 90 minute class is for those students interested in deepening their yoga practice. Following the Yoga in Daily Life System, the course will progress through all 8 levels, focusing on each level for 12 weeks. Through deep extended practice of each level, the student will experience the full benefits of the Yoga in Daily Life System on a mental, physical and spiritual level. Please speak with an instructor before joining the class.


Yoga for Kids
Yoga in Daily Life's program for children ages 3-6 and 7-12. The classes include relaxation techniques, postures, stories, games and more. Please speak with the instructor for more details.

Satsangs
Satsang is a sanskrit word which means to be with Truth, to be at the place where Truth is discussed and taught. On Sunday nights at 5:30pm, all are welcome to a program of devotional songs (bhajans), meditation, a spiritual video with lectures from the founder of Yoga in Daily Life (Swamiji), and prayer. Everybody is heartily welcome.
